What a client needs from your website
A person looking for a therapist is often reading at night, on a phone, unsure whether to reach out at all. They aren’t comparing features. They’re asking: will this person understand me, how does it work, can I afford it, and what happens if I get in touch?
A good therapy website answers those questions in a warm, plain voice, without jargon, and makes the first step feel small and safe.
What we build for therapists
- A calm design. Plenty of space, readable type, soft colours, nothing flashing or pushy.
- About you. Your approach and training, the issues you work with, your qualifications and professional memberships, and a photo, because people choose a person.
- How it works. What happens in a first session, session length, frequency, online or in person, and cancellation terms.
- Fees. Your standard fee and any concessions, so the cost is never a barrier to asking.
- First contact. A short contact form, a booking link or a free introductory call, whichever you prefer, with a clear privacy notice. The form never asks for health information.
- Location and accessibility. Where you practise, how to get there, accessibility, and whether you work online.
Discreet by design
Privacy is part of the service. Forms ask for the minimum, messages go straight to your inbox, and the site uses no tracking cookies. You approve all wording, so it reflects your voice and the ethical framework you follow.

Cost and timeline
The build is €0 upfront. After launch you pay €150 a month (excluding VAT) for 24 months, covering hosting, domain, updates, daily backups, support and content edits. Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content. A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT.
