Who it’s for
The care plan is for business owners who want their website to stay secure, up to date and fast without having to manage it themselves. It is the second half of B63’s offer: we design and build your WordPress site for €0 upfront, then host and maintain it for a fixed €150 per month over 24 months.
You don’t need a hosting account, a developer on call or any technical knowledge. When something needs doing, you tell us.
What €150 per month covers
Secure hosting
Your website runs on hosting managed by B63. We set it up and handle the technical side, so there is no separate hosting bill to pay and no server for you to think about.
Domain renewal
B63 renews your domain for you, so you don’t have to track renewal dates or worry about a reminder email ending up in spam.
WordPress, theme and plugin updates
A WordPress site depends on three layers of software: WordPress itself, the theme and the plugins. All three release updates regularly, and outdated software is one of the most common reasons WordPress sites break or get hacked. This WordPress maintenance plan keeps all of it up to date.
Daily backups
B63 backs up your website every day. If an update goes wrong or something is deleted by mistake, there is a recent copy to restore from.
Performance optimisation
Websites tend to slow down as images, plugins and content are added. Performance optimisation is ongoing: we keep your pages loading quickly, which matters for visitors and for search engines. More on the SEO and page speed page.
Full technical support
If something isn’t working as it should, whether it’s a contact form, a page layout or an error message, you tell us and we deal with it.
Content edits on request
Opening hours changed? New price list? A photo that needs replacing? Send us the change and we make it. Content edits cover text changes and image replacements on your site.
What isn’t part of the plan
Custom web apps and portals are not included in the €150 monthly fee. They are scoped and quoted individually. If you’re unsure whether a request counts as a content edit, ask first and you’ll get a straight answer.
Care plan vs one-time build
Prefer to run the site yourself? B63 also offers a standalone build from €550 incl. VAT, which you host on your own. Here’s who handles what in each case:

After the 24 months
When the term ends, you decide:
- Renew the plan, and B63 keeps hosting and maintaining the site.
- Take full ownership of the website files and the domain, and move the site to any host you like. B63 helps with the transition.
The site is built on standard WordPress, so any competent developer or hosting company can pick it up from there. There’s no proprietary system keeping you with us.
