Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Asveon Group LTD (company ID 204351931, VAT BG204351931), trading as B63, 8 Rikkardo Vakkarini St, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: info@b63.eu, +359 877 747 479.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number and message, plus the service type you select and the page and language you send it from. When you contact us by email, phone, Viber or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us. Technical data: when you visit, our servers and our content-delivery and security provider Cloudflare process your IP address, browser type and the requested URL to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Server logs are kept for up to 14 days.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your request and prepare an offer, i.e. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
The site is hosted on our own servers in Bulgaria (EU). Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site and may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We receive notifications of new requests via Telegram. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the contract and as long as the law requires, for example accounting rules.
Project questionnaire
If you fill in our questionnaire for a new website, we collect your answers, contact details and any files you upload (logo, photos). We use them only to prepare and build your website (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are stored on our own server in Bulgaria and kept for the duration of our work together and up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch language manually, we store a "lang" cookie for 1 year so the homepage opens in the language you chose. We measure visits with Umami, cookieless statistics running on our own server in Bulgaria. It stores no IP addresses, does not identify you and does not follow you across other sites. We only see aggregate figures such as visits, pages, country, device type and where a visit came from. The site also loads Google Tag Manager, a tag-management tool by Google; loading it means Google receives your IP address. It is configured so that Google sets no analytics or advertising cookies without your explicit consent, and no Google tags that collect data are currently active.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email info@b63.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.
