Website leasing

Website leasing: lease a professional website, own it after 24 months

Website leasing means you get a professionally designed website without paying for it upfront. You pay one fixed monthly fee that also covers hosting, updates, backups and edits, and when the term ends the website can be yours. With B63 the lease is €0 upfront, then €150 (about £130 / $175) a month excl. VAT for 24 months.

How website leasing works

  1. Tell us about your business. A short call or message: what you do, who your customers are, which pages you need. You get a written proposal with no obligation.
  2. We design and build the site. Custom design on standard WordPress, mobile-friendly, fast, with search basics set up. You review it on a preview link.
  3. It goes live. Most sites launch 7–10 days after we receive your text and photos. We connect your domain, hosting and SSL, and submit the site to Google and Bing.
  4. We look after it for the whole term. Updates, daily backups, security, fixes and your content edits are included in the monthly fee.
  5. At the end, you choose. Renew, or take the site files and domain and move them wherever you like. We help with the transfer.

Leasing vs buying vs building it yourself

Lease (B63) Buy from an agency or freelancer Build it yourself (Wix, Squarespace, AI builders)
Upfront €0 Usually £1,500–£6,000 / $1,500–$8,000 (UK guide) €0–small
Monthly €150 excl. VAT (about £130 / $175), fixed, 24 months Hosting and maintenance, often extra Builder plan, roughly $16–50/month
Who does the work We do They build; maintenance varies You do
Edits and fixes Included Usually billed Your time
Ownership Yours after 24 months Yours from day one Tied to the builder’s platform

None of these is right for everyone. We explain the trade-offs honestly in should you build with Wix or AI, or hire someone and is a website subscription worth it.

What to check in any website lease

Whoever you lease from, get these answers in writing before you sign:

  • Ownership at the end: are the files, content and domain transferred to you?
  • What the fee covers: hosting, domain, updates, backups, edits, support. Anything billed separately?
  • Term, early exit and renewal: how long, what ending early costs, whether it renews automatically.
  • Whose name the domain is in during the term.

B63’s answers: the files and domain are yours at the end, the fee covers hosting, domain, updates, backups, edits and support, and if you end the lease early you pay the remaining monthly fees, capped at 12 months’ fees.

We go through every clause in how website leasing works and what a lease agreement should include.

Questions from businesses like yours

What is website leasing?

Website leasing is a way to get a professional business website for a fixed monthly payment instead of a large upfront fee. The provider designs and builds the site, hosts and maintains it during the term, and with a lease-to-own arrangement like B63's, the site can be transferred to you at the end.

Do I own the website at the end of the lease?

With B63, yes. After 24 months you can renew or take full ownership of the website files and the domain and move them to any host. Not every provider works this way: some rent the site forever, so check the ownership terms before you sign anything.

How much does it cost to lease a website?

B63's lease is €0 upfront, then €150 a month excluding VAT for 24 months, €3,600 in total, with design, build, hosting, domain, updates, backups, edits and support included. EU business customers with a VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge; business customers outside the EU are invoiced without Bulgarian VAT.

Is leasing a website better than buying one?

Leasing is better if you want to keep cash in the business and never deal with hosting, updates or fixes. Buying outright is usually cheaper over five or more years if you have someone who will reliably maintain the site. B63 also offers one-time builds from €550 including VAT.

Can a business outside Bulgaria lease a website from B63?

Yes. B63 is an EU company working with businesses across Europe, the UK and the US. The whole process runs online in English: a call to start, shared documents for your content, and a preview link for feedback.
