Does the €150 a month include VAT?
No, €150 a month is before VAT. Customers in Bulgaria pay 20% Bulgarian VAT on top. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the EU reverse-charge rule, and business customers outside the EU, including the UK and US, are invoiced without Bulgarian VAT. The one-time build price of €550 already includes VAT.
Is it really free to build my website?
Yes. We design and launch your website free of charge. You only pay a fixed monthly fee of €150 for hosting, updates and support over the next two years.
What does the €150 monthly fee include?
Secure hosting, domain renewal, WordPress and plugin updates, daily backups, performance optimisation and full technical support, plus content edits on request. There are no hidden or extra costs.
Who owns the website?
During the 24-month plan we host and manage your website. Once the plan is complete and paid, the website files and the domain are transferred to you at no extra cost, whenever you ask.
What happens after the 2-year period?
You have two options: renew hosting and support for another term, or take full ownership of your website and move it wherever you like. We'll help with a smooth transition.
Can I end the plan before the 24 months are up?
Yes, with written notice; email is enough. You pay the monthly fees for the rest of the term, capped at 12 months' fees: with 14 months left you pay 12, with 8 months left you pay 8. Once that is paid, the website files and the domain are yours to keep or move.
When do I pay the monthly fee?
Each month is invoiced in advance and is due within 7 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer or card. If an invoice stays unpaid, we send a reminder first; after 14 days past the due date and written notice, the site can be suspended until the balance is paid.
Do you offer one-time builds instead of the monthly plan?
Yes. If you prefer to pay once and host the site yourself, standalone website packages start from €550 incl. VAT, including design, setup and optimisation.
How long does it take to launch a website?
Most websites go live within 7 to 10 days after we receive your content and preferences.
What platform do you build on?
Websites and online stores are built on WordPress (with WooCommerce for shops): flexible, SEO-friendly and easy to extend. For custom web apps we choose the technology per project.
Can I make changes to my website later?
Yes. Request updates any time: text changes, image replacements and other edits are part of your plan.
Can you build an online store?
Yes, on WooCommerce. Most small stores fit the plan; large catalogues or complex integrations are quoted after a short call.
Do you work with clients outside Bulgaria?
Yes. We're based in Sofia and work remotely with businesses across Europe and beyond, in English.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every build includes technical SEO basics: clean structure, metadata, structured data, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup. Rankings take time and depend on competition and content, so no honest studio can guarantee positions, but your site will start from a solid technical base.
What do I need to prepare?
Your texts, photos and logo if you have them, plus a few websites you like. We'll guide you through the rest.
