What a pay monthly website should include
Pay monthly deals vary a lot. Some are little more than a template on a website builder that disappears the day you stop paying. Before you sign up with anyone, check four things:
- Is the site custom-built, or a template with your logo on it?
- What exactly does the monthly fee cover? Hosting only, or updates, backups, support and edits as well?
- Is there an end date? Or do you pay forever for something you’ll never own?
- Can you leave with your site? Is it built on a standard platform another developer can take over, or locked into the provider’s system?
B63’s plan answers all four: the site is designed for your business, the fee covers everything, the term is 24 months, and afterwards the files and domain can be yours.
What you get for €150 a month
| Included | |
|---|---|
| Design and build | Custom design on WordPress, mobile-friendly, fast |
| Hosting | Secure hosting with SSL |
| Domain | Renewed on time, every time |
| Updates | WordPress core, theme and plugins, applied and checked |
| Backups | A fresh copy of your site every day |
| Edits | Text changes, new images and small updates on request |
| Search basics | Clean structure, metadata, sitemap, Google Search Console |
| Support | Something looks off, we fix it |
Over the full 24 months that is €3,600 excluding VAT (about £130 / $175 a month; the plan is priced in euros, and UK and US business clients pay no Bulgarian VAT), spread evenly, with no surprise invoices for updates, fixes or content changes. See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
How it works when you’re not in Bulgaria
- A short call. We talk about your business, your customers and the pages you need. You get a written proposal with no obligation.
- You send your content. Text, photos, logo and a few websites you like. If something’s missing, we tell you exactly what.
- We design and build. You get a preview link and give feedback in plain comments, no technical knowledge needed.
- Launch. We connect your domain, set up hosting and SSL, and submit the site to Google and Bing.
- Every month after. Updates, backups and your edit requests are handled for the full term.
Everything happens in English, by email and video call. Not sure what to prepare? The website preparation checklist covers it.
Pay monthly or pay once?
If you have the budget and someone in-house who will keep WordPress updated, a one-time build is cheaper over two years. If you’d rather not think about hosting, updates or backups at all, the monthly plan is simpler and spreads the cost. We compare the two honestly in monthly website plan vs one-time build. If you think of it as leasing, the same way you’d lease a car, see our website leasing plan and how website leasing works.
Who we are
B63 is a small web studio in Sofia, Bulgaria, building websites since 2014, operated by Asveon Group LTD. Our clients so far are mostly Bulgarian businesses, several of them selling abroad, so English-language and bilingual sites are routine for us. You can see live examples in our work, including a product catalogue for an export manufacturer and bilingual sites for service businesses.
