Short answer: B63 builds your website for €0 upfront and charges €150 a month excluding VAT (about £130 / $175) for 24 months, with hosting, domain, security, backups, edits and SEO included. The site goes live 7–10 days after we receive your content, leaving early never costs more than 12 months’ fees, and after 24 months the site is yours.
This page is the offer. If you want the subscription model explained first, with its pros and cons, read what Website as a Service is and how it works.
Who it suits
A website with no upfront cost makes sense if:
- You are starting or growing a business and would rather keep your cash for stock, tools or advertising than pay thousands before the site exists.
- You have nobody in-house to deal with hosting, updates, backups and the occasional broken form.
- You want a professional site, not a template you assemble yourself at weekends.
- You change things often: prices, services, opening hours, photos. On this plan you send the change and we make it.
It suits you less if you already have a developer on hand, or if you have the budget to buy a site outright and someone reliable to maintain it. In that case, see the one-time option below.
What is included
| Included in the monthly fee | |
|---|---|
| Design and build | A fast custom-built site that works well on a phone (WordPress for online stores or on request) |
| Hosting and SSL | Managed hosting with a security certificate |
| Domain | Registration or transfer, renewed on time every year |
| Security and backups | Monitoring, software updates and a fresh backup every day |
| Edits | Text changes, new images, prices and small updates on request |
| SEO | Page titles, structure, structured data, sitemap, Google Search Console and Bing |
| Google Business Profile | Set up or tidied, so you appear on the map |
| AI search | Content structured so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers can quote it |
| Support | Something looks off, we fix it |
There are no extras for edits, fixes or SEO. The only work priced separately is custom web apps and portals. What each line covers in detail is on the website design and website maintenance pages.
Ownership: yours after 24 months
The plan runs for 24 months, because that is how the build is paid for. When it ends you choose: renew, and we keep looking after the site, or take full ownership of the code, files, content and domain and move it wherever you like. We help with the transfer.
The domain matters most here. If a provider keeps it, your email and every link to your business go with it. On our plan it is handed over with the site. The rules are written down in our terms.
Leaving early
If you end the plan before 24 months, you pay the remaining monthly fees, capped at 12 months’ fees, and we hand over the files and the domain. Leave after month 18 and you pay only the 6 months left. You are never paying to lose the website.
What it costs in pounds and dollars
The plan is billed in euros: €150 a month excluding VAT, €3,600 over 24 months. For visitors from the UK that is about £130 a month, or roughly £3,120 in total; from the US, about $175 a month, or roughly $4,200. The pound and dollar figures move a little with the exchange rate. UK and US business clients are invoiced without Bulgarian VAT; EU businesses with a VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. The full breakdown is on the pricing page.
Prefer to pay once?
A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT and covers design, setup and optimisation. You then host and maintain the site yourself, or move it to our care later. Which option costs less over two years depends on who will look after the site; is a website subscription worth it works through the numbers honestly, including the cases where paying once wins.
How to start
- Check your current site, if you have one. The free website check shows how it does on a phone and what a new site would fix.
- Tell us about your business through the contact page: what you do, who your customers are, which websites you like. You get a written proposal with no obligation.
- Send your content: text, photos and logo. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what.
- Review the preview and go live. Most sites launch 7–10 days after we receive the content. We connect the domain, switch on SSL and submit the site to Google and Bing.
- Pay monthly from launch. The first invoice is the first month’s fee, once the site is live. Invoices are monthly and due within 7 days.
