Outsource web design to the EU

Outsource your website to an EU web studio, without the usual risks

Outsourcing a website usually means choosing between cheap and risky or safe and expensive. A studio inside the EU sits in between: European data rules, contracts and invoicing, a time zone close to yours, and prices set for a small-business budget. B63 has built websites from Sofia since 2014.

The three usual worries about outsourcing a website

“We won’t be able to communicate.” Everything we do is in English, from the first call to the support email two years later. You get one contact person, not a ticket queue.

“They’ll disappear after launch.” The standard B63 plan includes 24 months of hosting, updates, backups and edits, so the team that built your site is also the team that keeps it running.

“We’ll be locked in.” Your site runs on standard WordPress. At the end of the term the files and the domain can be yours, and any developer or hosting company can take over.

Time zones

You’re in Your 9:00 is our Overlap with our working day
London 11:00 Almost the full day
Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam 10:00 Almost the full day
New York 16:00 Your morning, our afternoon
Chicago 17:00 Your early morning

For US clients this works in your favour: questions you send in the afternoon are usually answered by the time you start the next day.

What we build

  • Business websites: services, about, contact, fast and found on Google. See website design.
  • Online stores on WooCommerce. See online store development.
  • Product catalogues for manufacturers and B2B, with quote requests.
  • Web apps: booking, portals and internal tools. See web apps.

We also have pages for specific industries, from accountants to hotels and guest houses.

Contracts, invoices and VAT

B63 is operated by Asveon Group LTD (company ID 204351931, VAT BG204351931). Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the EU reverse-charge rule. Business customers outside the EU, including the UK and US, are invoiced without Bulgarian VAT.

Questions from businesses like yours

Why Bulgaria?

Bulgaria is an EU member, so your contract, your data and your invoices follow EU rules. It uses the euro. Its time zone is close to the rest of Europe and the UK, and its cost of living lets a studio price small-business websites reasonably without cutting corners.

How do we communicate?

In English, by email and video call, with a single contact person for your project. You review everything on a preview link before it goes live.

How is GDPR handled?

As an EU company we work under the GDPR. Contact forms collect only what they need and include consent, analytics on our own sites are cookieless, and hosting can stay in the EU. Your privacy policy and cookie setup are part of the build.

What does it cost compared to a local agency?

Our price is published: €0 upfront and €150 (about £130 / $175) a month excl. VAT for 24 months, covering design, build, hosting, updates, backups and edits, or a one-time build from €550 including VAT. Compare that with the quotes you have from local agencies; see our guide to small business website costs for typical UK, US and EU ranges.
