Who we are
Services under the B63 brand are provided by Asveon Group LTD (company ID 204351931, VAT BG204351931), 8 Rikkardo Vakkarini St, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: info@b63.eu, +359 877 747 479.
Scope
These terms apply to B63's services: website design and build, hosting and maintenance, online stores, SEO and web applications. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are set out in the written proposal you accept. Where the proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.
How a contract is formed
We send you a written proposal. The contract is formed when you accept it in writing, including by email. Work starts once we receive the content and materials listed in the proposal.
The care plan
The build is €0 upfront. The monthly fee is €150 excluding VAT for a term of 24 months and covers:
- design and build of the website as described in the proposal
- hosting and SSL certificate
- domain renewal
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates
- daily backups
- speed optimisation and technical support
- content edits on request: text changes, new images and small updates
New functionality, new sections or a full redesign are outside the monthly fee and are quoted separately.
After 24 months you choose: renew the plan, or take the website files and the domain and move them wherever you like. We help with the transfer.
Invoices and payment
The monthly fee is invoiced in advance at the start of each month and is due within 7 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer or card.
- If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we send a reminder.
- If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may suspend the website and our services after giving you at least 5 days' written notice. The monthly fee continues during a suspension, and we bring the site back as soon as everything outstanding is paid.
- If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may end the contract by written notice. The early-termination amount described below then becomes due.
- For business customers, late payments carry the statutory interest and the fixed compensation for recovery costs that apply to late payment in commercial transactions under Bulgarian law (EU Directive 2011/7/EU).
The website files and the domain are transferred to you only once every amount due under the contract has been paid. Until then they remain with B63, and you may use the website for as long as the plan is active and paid.
Ending the care plan early
You can end the care plan before the 24 months are up by telling us in writing; email is enough. Notice takes effect at the end of the month in which we receive it, and that month is billed as usual.
You then pay the monthly fees for the rest of the term, capped at 12 months' fees. For example, with 14 months left you pay 12; with 8 months left you pay 8.
Once that amount and any open invoices are paid, we hand over the website files and the domain, just as at the end of the plan, and help you move them.
One-time build
A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT and covers design, setup and optimisation as described in the proposal. After handover you host and maintain the site yourself. Ownership of the site files passes to you on full payment.
Prices and VAT
Asveon Group LTD is VAT-registered in Bulgaria. Customers in Bulgaria pay 20% VAT on top of the monthly fee. Business customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule, and business customers outside the EU, including the UK and US, are invoiced without Bulgarian VAT. The one-time build price includes VAT.
Your responsibilities
- to provide the texts, images, logo and access listed in the proposal
- to hold the rights to all materials you send us
- that your website content and business are lawful and the information is accurate
Timelines
Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content. Timelines are estimates and depend on when we receive your materials and feedback.
Intellectual property
The texts, images and logo you provide remain yours. The website files and the domain can become yours as described above. Third-party components (WordPress, themes, plugins, fonts and stock images) are used under their own licences. We show the project in our portfolio only with your consent.
Hosting, backups and availability
We make daily backups and take care to keep your site available and secure. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability: planned maintenance and outages outside our control, for example at internet or DNS providers, can occur.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under the contract is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Consumers
Our services are aimed mainly at businesses. If you are a consumer, all your statutory consumer rights apply, including the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract where applicable.
Personal data
How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy. Where we host your website and process data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR on request.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when your contract was formed applies to that contract, unless we agree otherwise.
Governing law and disputes
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent court in Sofia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the law of the country where you live.
