What new patients look for
Choosing a dentist is a trust decision. A new patient usually arrives from a search like “emergency dentist near me”, “dental implants cost” or your practice’s name, and then decides within a minute whether to call. They want to know whether you offer the treatment they need, roughly what it costs, who will treat them, and how quickly they can be seen.
A practice website that answers those questions clearly, with real photos of the practice and the team, wins the booking. One that shows stock photos and a phone number doesn’t.
What we build for dental practices
- Treatment pages. A page for each main treatment: what it involves, who it suits, how long it takes and what it costs or what the cost depends on. These pages also help Google show you for specific searches, not only for “dentist”.
- Fees. A fee guide, a full list or “from” prices, whichever your practice prefers.
- Booking. A link to your online booking system, or an appointment request form.
- Emergency information. What to do in a dental emergency, your emergency number and same-day availability, easy to find from every page.
- The team. Dentists, hygienists and nurses, with qualifications and professional registration details.
- Practice information. Location, parking, accessibility, opening hours, payment options and finance plans if you offer them.
- New patient section. What to expect at the first visit, which forms to bring, and how registration works.
Trust and compliance
Healthcare websites have to be accurate. We don’t add claims you can’t support, testimonials you haven’t approved or before-and-after photos without consent. You review every page before it goes live, so the site reflects your practice and the professional rules you follow.
A similar site we built
The closest project we have live is Tsvety Bita, a booking-first website for a permanent-makeup studio in Sofia, with a page and price for every procedure and online appointment booking: the same booking-first structure a dental practice needs. Open it on your phone and judge the speed and layout for yourself.
Cost and timeline
The build is €0 upfront. After launch you pay €150 a month (excluding VAT) for 24 months, covering hosting, domain, updates, daily backups, support and content edits: new team members, updated fees, holiday hours. Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content. A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT.
