How patients choose a clinic
Patients rarely search for “physiotherapist” in general. They search for their problem, or for a treatment a friend recommended, and they want to know three things fast: do you treat this, who will see me, and when can I come in. Clinics that answer those questions clearly, with a booking button on every page, fill their diaries from search.
What we build for clinics
- Conditions and treatments. Pages for the problems you treat (back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehab, headaches) and the treatments you offer (physiotherapy, sports massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, pilates), linked to each other.
- Practitioners. Profiles with qualifications, professional registrations and specialist interests.
- Booking. A link or embedded widget from your booking system, on every relevant page.
- Fees and insurance. Session prices and lengths, packages, and the insurers you work with, if any.
- What to expect. The first appointment, what to wear, how many sessions people typically need, cancellation terms.
- Location. Address, map, parking, public transport and accessibility, for each site if you have more than one.

Cost and timeline
The build is €0 upfront. After launch you pay €150 a month (excluding VAT) for 24 months, which covers hosting, domain, updates, daily backups, support and content edits: new practitioners, updated fees, a new class timetable. Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content. A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT.
