What an agency website is really for
Most buyers and tenants start on the big property portals, and that’s fine. Your website has a different, more valuable job: convincing sellers and landlords to instruct you. They visit your site to check whether you know their area, how you market property, what you charge and who they’d deal with. A dated website loses instructions to the agency down the road.
What we build for estate and letting agents
- Listings. Properties for sale and to let, connected to your CRM feed where available, or managed manually for smaller agencies.
- Valuation requests. A short form for sellers and landlords, on every page, arriving straight in your inbox.
- Services and fees. Sales, lettings and property management, with fees shown clearly where you choose to (or where rules in your market require it).
- Area guides. Pages about the neighbourhoods you cover: schools, transport, typical prices, what’s changing. They show expertise and help local search.
- The team. Real people with photos and direct contact details.
- Landlord information. Compliance responsibilities, what management includes and how rent collection works.
Integrations
If your CRM offers a property feed, a plugin or an embeddable search, we connect it as part of the build. Bespoke feed work that needs custom development is quoted separately. We’ll tell you which applies before you commit.
A similar site we built
The closest project we have live is Valkov Technosvet, a corporate website with a full product catalogue and a Get a Quote flow: the same catalogue-and-enquiry structure that property listings need. Open it on your phone and judge the speed and layout for yourself.
Cost and timeline
The build is €0 upfront. After launch you pay €150 a month (excluding VAT) for 24 months, which covers hosting, domain, updates, daily backups, support and content edits. Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content; feed integrations can add time. A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT.
