SPN Removals is a family-run removals and clearance firm from Walthamstow, London E17. In 2026 B63 designed and built spnremovals.co.uk from scratch: a fast, static website for removals, rubbish and garage clearances, cleaning and lock changes across London, built around one goal: getting the job details to the crew on WhatsApp or the phone.

- Language: English (UK)
- Platform: static site built by B63, served behind Cloudflare

- B63 care plan: yes
What did the business need?
SPN Removals started with removals and kept adding what customers asked for on the day: clearing what wasn’t coming, cleaning the old place, changing the locks at the new one. The website had to explain five services from one crew without turning into a confusing menu.
Most customers find a removals firm on a phone, often in a hurry. So the site had to make two things effortless: checking whether the firm covers your area, and sending the details of the job to get a price.
What we built and why
A quote form that ends in WhatsApp. Instead of a long contact form, visitors answer three short steps: what they need, the postcodes, and how big the job is and when. The form then opens WhatsApp with the job already written out, so the crew gets everything it needs to price the work in one message. No details sit in an inbox waiting to be read.
“Do we cover you?” A postcode checker on the home page answers the first question a London customer has. The Areas page lists every London borough plus the towns up to about 20 miles out.
A page for every service. Removals and man and van, rubbish clearance, garage and storage clear-outs, cleaning (including end of tenancy) and lock changes each have their own page. The Prices page explains what a price depends on (rooms, distance, stairs, parking, the date) and how to keep it down, in line with the firm’s “one clear price, agreed before we start” approach.
A look taken from the street. The identity is a London number plate: “SPN Removals E17” set in a bold condensed typeface, with red for calls and green for WhatsApp. The same plate appears in the header and on every page’s hero.
Trust a visitor can check. The firm’s upper-tier waste carrier registration is shown with a link to the Environment Agency’s public register, and the site links to the firm’s Google Business Profile and Facebook page.
Taps that are counted. Every tap on a call or WhatsApp button is recorded with B63’s self-hosted, cookie-free analytics, and the owners see the totals in their own B63 Hub dashboard, alongside visitor numbers.
Beyond the website
To launch the brand consistently, we also made a Google Business Profile logo and cover, a Facebook profile picture and cover, Google review QR cards (a business card, a thank-you card, a van sticker and a WhatsApp image), and a handover document explaining how everything works.
Checkable details
Anyone can confirm these on the live site:
- The sitemap lists 15 pages: home, services, prices, about, areas, reviews, contact, five service pages and three legal pages.
- Pages carry MovingCompany structured data with the 33 London boroughs as the service area, and spnremovals.co.uk/llms.txt is published for AI assistants.
- The home page has tap-to-call and WhatsApp links and a postcode checker.
- The home page transfers about 8 KB of compressed HTML.
Care after launch
SPN Removals is on the B63 care plan. The site runs on B63’s servers behind Cloudflare, and we look after hosting, security, backups, search performance and content changes on request.
