How customers find a plumber
Plumbing work comes in two kinds. Emergencies, where the customer calls the first available plumber they find. And planned jobs (a new boiler, a bathroom, a heating upgrade), where they compare a few and ask for quotes. A good plumbing website serves both: an unmissable call button for the first, and clear service pages with a quote form for the second.
What we build for plumbers
- Emergency first. A call button in the header and a fixed call bar on mobile. If you offer out-of-hours callouts, it says so clearly, with what it costs or how charges work.
- Services. Leaks and repairs, boiler installation and servicing, central heating, bathrooms, drains, water heaters. A page or a clear section for each.
- Service area. The towns and postcodes you cover, so Google shows you to people nearby and customers know straight away whether you come to them.
- Quote requests. A short form with photo upload for planned work.
- Proof. Photos of finished jobs, qualifications and registrations you hold (such as gas safety registration where it applies), insurance and guarantees you actually offer.
- Fast on a phone. Most of your visitors are on mobile, often on a weak signal. The site is built to load quickly anyway.
Keeping it current
A plumbing website that still shows last year’s prices or a disconnected phone number costs you work. On the care plan you send us changes and we make them: new photos, new areas, updated prices or holiday cover.
A similar site we built
The closest project we have live is Respect 4, a bilingual website for a construction and renovation company built around a phone-callback form, with a project gallery: the same quick-contact pattern a plumber needs. Open it on your phone and judge the speed and layout for yourself.
Cost and timeline
The build is €0 upfront. After launch you pay €150 a month (excluding VAT) for 24 months, which covers hosting, domain, updates, daily backups, support and content edits. Most sites go live 7–10 days after we receive the content. A one-time build starts from €550 including VAT.
